Pearl have developed an EHF solution for companies that use SAP ECC or S/4 HANA as their ERP solution. The solution follow the rules and regulations in Europe to this format, and as long as you have the VAT number for your customers, this is the only information that is used to make the electronical tranfer of the messages and documents
The electronical trading format (EHF) is a structured XML-data format for electronical invoices in Europe.
PEPPOL started an international project to make it easier for companies to trade on equal terms across borders in Europe, all is done without integrations to the data systems. The EHF format is a standard that is used for invoices and started out as a cooperation with European and international organizations for standardization.
If the VAT number of the customer is registered in PEPPOLs registers, the invoice will be sent to the customer for approval and payment. Our solution supports all standard communication that is approved by PEPPOL for both sending and recieving information. Validation if the sent messages is done through Difi's solution with the set of rules that they have. If it is an error, you will be notified.
All messages is stored in the solution for a given period, and all communication is encrypted.
The solution is available and used by a number of Pearl's customers.
